It’s a nice place to study and live. It is nearby the “Silicon Valley” of Taiwan, founded about one quarter century ago. It shares the same name and has something to do with the “Tsinghua University” in Peking/Beijing.
over 7 years agoThe Shinkansen is amazing, but the regular trains are much more interesting and telling for those who want to see the ordinary life of common people. Kyoto’s bus system is efficient, but complex and slow. Perhaps the best way to travel Kyoto is cycling and on foot.
over 7 years agoI have visited Horyuji (Dharma Flourishing Temple) and Todaiji (East Great Temple) recently. Next time I would like to visit Asuka in Nara.
