Chicago

Worth visiting!

A tip I have about this place

Taste of Chicago Rocks! About half a million people come down to sample items from hundreds of restaurants. Just remember your sun screen! =)

Good intentions but completely not with it

A vast amount of racism and backwards thinking. Individually nice people, but I get the impression it is mainly because I am a white male that looks like I know what I’m doing.

The world has alot of problems, but they seemed to be concentrated in this state.

Fun Waves

Been jet skiing in the ocean with my friend Chris. Some of the best fun I have ever had in my life!

Sebastian is a sweet little beach. Nice cove with smooth water opening up into the Atlantic.

Petit Jean State Park

Worth visiting!

Prettiest Waterfall I have ever seen

Better than Yosimite (even if it is not as tall). This is a 90 foot waterfall that is a two mile hike to get to. Well worth the trip!

Where I grew up

Dad retired from the Air Force here. Loved the Air shows. Loved my high school (Caddo Magnet). Miss my classmates, but not much else…

This was taken at the Clyde Fant Parkway about 3am.

FermiLab

Worth visiting!

Ever seen a Teravolt of Electricity?!

It’s buried here in a 1 mile diameter High Energy Particle Accellerator. They even have a smaller ring that the keep anti-matter in. No lie!

Amazing stuff. Would highly recommend a visit the the 15th floor where you can get lots of details.

This is a picture of the lab at 5am under the “Strawberry Moon” (named by the Indians I am told)

Venice Beach

My favorite people watching spot

Anything is possible on this strip of land!

From stand up comics, to artists, to 80 year old grandma’s on skateboards (no lie!)

Other than his shades, this man is made completely of Sand!

Boston

Worth visiting!

Great food, great people, nasty drivers

Here is a trick from a Texas boy:
If you use your turn signal they will close the gap to make sure you can’t get in (ruder than badgers!)

So the trick is to hit your signal and when he closes the gap then you slip in behind him!

Be sure to check out the Museum of Science… Super hands on experience!
