A big mess. I’m not so sure i want to go anymore. I work downtown and it was so crowded. I hear it was $30 to park. Yeah i don’t think so! I was watching them practice on my lunch one day. That was pretty cool. All the fun without the fans.

Enjoy a live Japanese taiko drum concert along with a stunning ensemble of Asian drum and dance performances in the spectacular garden setting. View fabulous displays that enrich your understanding of these magnificent art forms. Art projects appropriate for all ages will be ongoing throughout the festival. Remember to eat lunch before you arrive. Tea, bottled water, and treats will be available for purchase at the festival. Admission: Adults $7, Seniors & CSULB Students $6, Friends of the Japanese Garden Members $5, Children 12 and under free.
Well that’s why i’ve decided to make it place #5 on my list of 12 places to visit in my city in 2007.
over 6 years agoI’ve only been here once, so i need to go again. I just went because i was hanging out with someone who was moving out of town, and this was where they wanted to go. I just had a side of shrimp, but i need to go back and get a beer sampler and an actual meal. It all looked pretty good and i am so curious to try different beers at once and see what type i prefer.
