If you don’t mind driving twenty minutes to get on the freeway a quarter-mile from your half-a-million-dollar, 1300 sq foot tract home, it’s great.

Just don’t visit that couple in Fresno who both work at Walmart and own a 4000 square foot luxury home. It’s cool if you like to make six figures yet live the life of a photo booth employee elsewhere. It worth it because your Powerbook was invented in the building you used to ride your bicycle past when you were a pot-smoking teen-ager. It’s worth it because the racism is kept to a minimum.
