I bought a house in South Park about 5 years ago. I thought it was a gritty, industrial area where i would be able to make loud noise and live my life alone. Boy was I wrong. The neighbors in South Park are the most involved, engaged, and altogether VISIBLE that i’ve ever had. Once you live here, you can’t walk down the street on even a rainy day without running into someone you know. Because once you know one person, you know 50. It’s the only true community that i’ve ever been a part of. Community – people you live near, even when you don’t like them.

Plus, great mexican restaurants and convenient to highways!

great food, killer drinks

Though the menu is really limited (since the kitchen is not big enough to swing even a cat who didn’t mind the nasty thwacks on the head) the food is consistenly excellent, and the bartenders are talented. Try a lemondrop (best i’ve had ever) or a bartender’s margarita. The pasta dishes are great!
