Sonnig / Dazee

I was disappointed by Budapest. It is definitely a beautiful city but seemed to lack any real aura I found in other Eastern European cities, such as the Bohemian feel of Prague or the serious and solemn attitude of the people in Krakow.
Budapest seems to favor major corporation and industry at the expense of tourism. Not only was it very difficult to get around, but the little there was of tourist services were very expensive. The people are friendly, but a real sense of Hungarian nature or culture I did not find. Those are the things I really look for in a city.

as a child. I would return home inevitably sunburned but having had a wonderful time -scalloping, swimming, canoing, and fishing. I’ve heard it is built up and very touristy now.
