I was able to see my first Roller Derby match here. It was between the Twisted Sisters and the Hardwood Harlets. It was a great match… very exciting! Nothing like seeing a bunch of women knock each other around!

I got to see a great show here while I was up on my own tour! The First Ave. Rocks! Thank You Prince!!! The very next day my band played a show with Toys That Kill at a much smaller venue in St. Cloud called the Java Joint I believe! That was a great show as well!

I am pretty sure the parking lot is bigger than the mall! I was also not too impressed with how many doubles of stores there were! It is an okay way to waste an afternoon… but I wouldn’t make a trip for only it!

I have been to Minnesota many time, and plan to go many more! close friends of mine and my ex-band members live here! I always have a great time no matter what the temp! Not for those who get cold easy!

I saw Weezer and Dynamite Hack play here years ago! It was way better than when I saw them play in Columbia, MO! Highley recommended!!!

I was able to catch the latest movie that Bruce Campbell Directed and Starred in! He had a Q&A before the movie, which was quite fun, and then he went out and had a beer at the bar upstairs… where he proceeded have to beat off drunkards from bothering him! Poor guy, fame has its downside!

It was raining the last time I was at SDC, and I could actually lide all the way from the entrance to the bottome of the park on one good run! It is a good place to get wet, raining or not!
