Danke Berlin

Its a great city. The people are friendly, polite, helpful and tall. Lots and lots of people cycle to get around the city. Even parents with small children have special seats on the back or front of their bikes to carry them. This is a great idea as its a very healthy way to get around and good for the environment. The city is cheap compared to what I am used to especially food, drinks, accomodation and taxis. More grafitti than any city I have been in before. Went to a squatted building which was full of artists studios, a theatre, a shop, a bar and some pretty amazing sculptures and structures. I came away from this city feeling inspired to cycle more and to create.

A beautiful city and really cultural. A greater number of and older medieval buildings than any other place I have been. I am inspired to read some Kafka now. I recommend going for a walk or a run by the Vitava. I didn’t see enough of the city so I want to go back.

I go here about once a week.

It’s got great interesting art but some work that I think is poor.
