ScorpioNerve is bound for the ocean this summer!

Technically, the beaches are an island! Makes living there just a little more fun sounding, not that it needs it.

Well, it was so long ago it was nearly deserted – town and all. Boy, it was beautiful. I bet it’s changed, but I miss old Florida.

Wonderful visit to the bosque, always good food and most often good atmosphere- the bar area is lovely with a stained glass ceiling. I recommend the chicken enchiladas!

Can’t beat the view, can’t beat the blood orange margaritas! And the pico de gallo is the hottest – I love it!

Worst port – good excursions to ruins but the worst shopping and money-grubbing vendors, rude, tacky, terrible. Didn’t like it.

It was a cruise ship port, but it just couldn’t have been more beautiful, and the people were the nicest I encountered my whole week long cruise. It was lovely, and I would do it again!

The day after my visit, this site made it into the new 7 wonders of the world (www.new7wonders.com) – it was very exciting for them at the time and very exciting to have it happen while we were there!

I loved the enormous ravens with their own special meat keepers. Among everything else, of course!

Don’t be late for your bus appointment! If you like archaeological books, take a big backpack- bookstore is fabulous!

The truth is, no photos do it justice. Not even the ones in the extra-wide puzzles or the calendars that come out, or on the website. It’s so much bigger, better, and more spectacular! Even better when seen from the air- take a ride!
