Vince, the owner, has developed more than 500 flavours of gelato and sorbeto but only 208 are available at any one time. Still that’s so many flavours to choose from that your tongue would have a seizure if you tried to sample them all. I usually try a few of what I consider to be the odder ones, like garlic or wasabi, before settling on one that I want to eat. Pear and Gorgonzola is one of my personal favourites and is probably the one I most often choose to savour. Next time you’re in the mood for ice cream, try it instead of going to Dairy Queen. If you’re lucky the scent from the baking of the waffle cones will still be hovering in the air.
