I’m headed to Paphos on Thursday to attend the wedding of a friend. I’m really excited, but I have no idea what to expect. I’ve been having trouble finding literature on Cyprus. So excited though!

I’m headed here in February 2010… I don’t know where I’m going to stay yet, but I’ll figure it out. Got a great deal on Delta! I’m looking forward to just relaxing on the beach… and possibly visit with dolphins.

I’m headed here for a wedding next week! I absolutely cannot wait. I’ve never been – any suggestions for things I shouldn’t miss??

Saw American Ballet Theater perform Swan Lake here in Spring 2008. The whole experience was magical.

Also found out that a Swedish friend of mine will be there at the same time—we haven’t seen each other in a few years, so I really can’t wait!

I’m headed to Copenhagen in early September for Labor Day weekend on an even better fare. I’m so excited, as I’ve never been to Denmark.

Let the planning commence!

I had my entire trip planned, and I was leaving in a week in November 2008… Unfortunately, my doctor discovered a tumor, and I had to have emergency surgery a few days before I was supposed to leave. Because of the nature of the surgery and the timing, I had to cancel my trip to Australia.

It’s really too bad, but hopefully I’ll make it back one day.

Olympics 2010?

My meetup group is consider taking a trip to Vancouver to see the Winter Olympics next year. I think it would be a great time to visit British Columbia AND experience something I have always wanted to attend.

We’ll see how it pans out.

Gave up Sydney on my list and added Australia, as I have decided to include more of Australia in my trip in November. My trip planning is finally coming together. I have decided to visit Sydney, Brisbane, and Cairns.

I have my hotels and flights lined up, so it’s just filling in the blanks and booking the tours. I am looking forward to it… if I could just wrap my mind around the 14 hour flight!
