LACMA has a great collection of modern art: Picasso, Magritte… Also, LACMA has an extensive collection of Latin American art. In my opinion, LACMA is the best museum in Los Angeles.

Use the toll roads!!! Faster and much more safe. If you’re going to Baja, feel free to skip Tijuana. Go to Ensenada and Rosarito, or to Mexicali (summers are extremely hot there, so avoid going there in the summer at all costs). Mexicali, btw, has great restaurants.
