Outer Banks, North Carolina
Definitely worth it!
The Outer Banks of North Carolina are an awesome place. I went there when I was 13 and it’s a blast. If you ever get the chance to go here, please do. It’s amazing!

over 5 years agoThis place, contrary to the other entry, is WORTH visiting because there’s plenty to do if you’re willing to look around. I guess it comes from living here and knowing what’s in my own back yard!
For one, go to the museum. There’s mummies. No joke, I’m not lying. Mummies. Very interesting. There’s a $1 donation to the museum required to see the mummies, but it’s a small price to pay to see something so cool! There are also many arifacts in the museum, from the Civil War era and forth.
Also visit the Covered Bridge. It’s not hard to find because it’s the ONLY one for miles around.
You can also go to Adaland Mansion, a few miles out of town but so beautiful and worth the drive.
If you come during the Blue & Gray Reunion in early June, you can see re-enactments of the battles and skirmishes that took place here during the Civil War.
There’s lots to do here, and lots of places to go, but you have to know a thing or two about the town. Take my word for it!
over 5 years agoI’d really love to go to Minnesota. I have a friend (whom I met online) who lives there. I’ve been talking to her online since 2001 – about five years! She was 16 and I was 11 when we met on here…now I’m going on 16! I’ve never met her face to face, and if I ever got the chance to go to Minnesota, finding my way to her house just to visit her would probably be the first thing I’d do. But yeah, at any rate, I really would love to go here.
