Whangarei is a nice place, very laid back and good to spend your childhood and retirement. If you like big city life this isn’t it, if you like smaller places with loads of beaches, water and sunshine, this is definitely one of the best places in New Zealand to start exploring.
over 6 years agoWellington is a great place to live in. It’s not so good for visitors – the roads are confusing and there isn’t more than a few days worth of attractions to keep people interested unless you really know where to look.
On the plus side, it has spectacular scenery and excellent Scuba Diving!
