I’ve only been to a casino one time, but I had sooo much fun. I want to go back, but I’m not going to go over a certain amount. I know they’d be glad to take a check,,,NOT. A few marguaritas and a little country music and a nice room at the hotel next door. Sounds like a delicious weekend to me.

Home of Lambert’s Cafe where they throw a roll atcha if you just let’em know you want one and carry around buckets of sweet mac and tomatoes, beans, fried potaoes and just dip’em out on your plate if you want some. I’ve eaten there for 50 years, but I did START as a kid. Home of the Sikeston Bulldogs, Kirby’s Hamburger and Cab Stand, Hart’s Bread, Houchins Donuts, The Bootheel Rodeo and my sis. They have a lot more things to do now than they did when I lived there, but I am hoping to go back in September when my niece and niece-in-law both have babies.
