I want to see Aurora Borealis. But since that’s not exactly a place, I want to go to Alaska to see it.

Higuera St. Farmer's Market, San Luis Obispo

I go every week

I’ve been going pretty much every week that I’m in town and not busy, which is most weeks, luckily for me. Thursday nights are a great time because of Farmer’s Market. If you like good food, friends, and a huge amount of amazing people watching, Farmer’s Market is for you.

Of course, it may be better for me considering I’ve lived here for so long and I know a lot of people, but it’s still worth trying out.

Tijuana, Baja California

Good for an adventure, bad for a vacation

I’ve been to TJ mostly to work in the slums helping build houses for the poor families there. While those areas of town are difficult to enjoy from a vacationer’s perspective, the downtown area is huge and constantly moving, with plenty of opportunities to eat amazing food, buy worthless crap for really cheap, or get into trouble.
