Waikiki Beach, Waikiki
I want to learn to surf here.
Or at least improve my surfing. The waves are supposed to be perfect for learning. And it’s not too expensive to fly there from Pasadena.
How about Arpil??

over 7 years agoI stopped in Dodge City for few days on a trip along the Santa Fe Trail. A huge feedlot (wow did it smell bad) and prairie dogs at the college. I liked Dodge City – a bit of history, a bit of the midwest and very different than where I live.
over 7 years agoI had a cat named “Tupelo”, a sweet cat who just loved people. So when I visited Mississippi, I had to go to Tupelo. It’s a nice small town that’s on the Natchez Trace (which we were riding bicycles along) so it worked out. A pretty state with nice bicycling and good food. That meets my requirements.
