The photo, Tio Pepe, I stayed in a small hotel right off of that, near El Carte Ingles.
Beautiful city.
People say it’s dirty, and the air is smoggy and what not, but everyones really friendly, and sweet.

This place gives me allergies. But it’s beautiful, regardless.

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take a 10 day trip with 14 of my classmates from the eighth grade to Madrid, Barcelona, Provence, and Paris. It was wonderful. Theres no way I would be able to fit all the amazing details in this stupid little box. But it was just amazing. I had to cough up half the trip, $2,000, which seems like a lot but I stand by my decision 100%. The freedom my friends and I were allotted was amazing, we really got a chance to see the city, and museums, without being on a leash. It was also really fun being in another country with my best friend :) and experiencing it with her. Dinners were the best, the meals were preplanned because everything was paid in full in the beginning, regardless they were great. We stayed at very nice hotels, one was even a two story suite, in Provence. Imagine that. Four eighth grade girls in a five star hotel for two nights.
If you want to go to Paris, God damnit, don’t put it off.
The photo is of me and my friend Simone (me, left, Simone, right) at a flamenco show one night in Madrid. It was amazing, so much fun. We dressed up and everything :D. However, the waiters ended up serving us alcohol. Not so nice.
