It was the hottest summer in France in years. So hot, in fact, that people (myself included) were lying on the grass. Even the park security had mercy on us and let us lie down on the ccol grass.

A tip I have about this place
If you can be there around August 1 ( Swiss Nat’l holiday)- a great time to be had! Remember, it’s good luck if you’re the first to drop your bread in the fondue!
