Worth visiting!
Very cool, progressive, college town
When most people think of New York, they think of NYC. Unfortunately, most of New York State (NYS) is not like that. However, Ithaca is an oasis in the desert that is Upstate New York. Since it is a college town, home to Cornell, it has a wide influx of different peoples and cultures. It seems to be very progressive and I enjoy going there when ever I can.
