Prepare to get naked with lots and lots of other people. The novelty wears off shortly and it just feels “natural” to be in your birthday suit. Very relaxing and I wish we had these places in the States!

what a great experience in this very diverse country. You can go scuba diving in Phuket, ride elephants in Chiang Mai, see the temples in Bangkok.

The people are so genuinely friendly it’s almost strange … the food was superb and incredibly inexpensive.

I grew up in Davenport Iowa – last visit was for my high school reunion. I had a blast. I live in California now (& love it here) but I look forward to seeing old friends at my next reunion in 2007.

I liked it so much I wound up buying a vacation home there and plan to retire there one day
