I visited a poorer section of Tijuana, not the spring break areas that get the most tourism. It was interesting and incredibly sad at points. The poverty was mind boggling but the shops and people were so different than anything else I had seen before. Being 14 the dirt and poverty had a huge effect on me and if I were to visit again I would probably check out a different area of the city but still it was an experience.
over 6 years agoIt’s the most massive and breathtaking scenery I have ever experienced. I have yet to see a photograph that does it justice, including the ones that I took.
over 6 years agoThe architecture is really amazing, especially in the older sections of the city. The drinking age is 18 and the bar district is incredible, also some of the best food I ever had was in Montreal. I wouldn’t suggest a winter trip because it’s cold as hell but the spring is great and I’m sure the summer is awesome as well.
