St Louis Zoo, Forest Park

The STL Zoo

The zoo is pretty awesome! Maybe not as amazing as Chicago’s or San Diego’s, but for a mid-west spot it’s pleasing both aestheticly and humainly. The animals aren’t all caged up and don’t look miserable, they’re free for the most part. Depending on the weather, you can see pretty much every animal they have. The reptile hous is a must, as well as the primate house for places at the zoo you have to visit. Overall, it’s a pretty nice zoo. Maybe one of the best in the country. The only somewhat sucky thing about the place is there is a ton of walking involved…but since there are so many places to stop and eat or rest, it’s not that bad.

Busch Stadium, St. Louis

Grand Ole Stadium

Busch Stadium is one of the key places that makes STL awesome. Now that’s it’s been renovated, it’s even more amazing than before. It’s huge, friendly, and very pretty. No matter what team is playing, you have to see a game at Busch Stadium.

St. Louis, Missouri

My First Home

I currently live in Iowa, but I was born and raised in St. Louis. I’ve lived in many different states and cities, but by far STL has the biggest piece of my heart. It’s better than Chicago or any other place in the mid-west and it’s the friendliest. There’s something there for everyone, whether you love history and art or just seeing movies. There’s no way you can hate this place (or even seriously dislike it).
