München, Bayern

Loved Munich!

What a great place to visit…..especially if you have time to stay for a while or live for a bit. I spent a few months there for work and loved every minute of it. There is so much history there not to mention the beauty of the architecture and countryside. And having a barrel full of monkey buddies to carouse the town with always puts the crazy icing on the cake….we were young and full of it :)

District of Columbia, United States

Great place to visit

There is so much history in the space of DC. Not only that, but there is much to be gleaned from the area in terms of current social operations in a broad sense as well as in terms of social issues both broad and narrow in and aroundthe DC area. For several years my work took me in and out of the DC area so I got to experience parts and facets of DC, but not all of it.

Monterey, Monterey County

Loved Monterey!

The Monterey, Carmel area is such a beautiful, fun, and relaxing place to live. Hiking, biking, horseback riding, wineries, fishing, seafood, great restaurants, Big Sur, photography, low key place for celebrities, BROAD range of international tourists and residents to chat with, great golf, aquarium, snazzy fun wharf area, resident seat otters and sea lions, whale watching, white sand blue water beaches….but bring a jacket or layer clothing because there is a lot more chill, fog, and drizzle than people might expect. Grab a picnic basket, load up from the gourmet international market complete with a bottle of wine and make the best of a great little part of California so far from the ugliness of LA.
