My grandparents use to take me there every summer. As a child I can remember going fishing and swimming. I can also say that I met some of my best friends in the summertime down there. It was almost a family tradition to go there. My grandparents and I would meet our friends with their grandchildren down there and we would all have fun with fishing, camping, boating and pretty much anything else.
over 5 years agoThis is where me and my family would go once school was out. I can remember it being happy and fun. Now that my mother and sister have passed away I don’t go there much. It doesn’t seem to be as interesting as it was with a family or little sister.
