but i hated it. i hated detroit,i hated demf, and i hated the entire weekend.

This place never disappoints for shows. intimate, hot, the twinkling stars (only people who’ve been there will understand). This place has been home to some of the best concert memories i have ever had.

sure its not the greatest zoo ever, not even really all that memerable, but its free. Its something to do. fun for the whole family.

its not something to drive from afar to see, cause the brookfield zoo is only two hours south, and a million times better…. but it costs.

great for locals.

Growing up about 15 minutes from this place the commercial with the guy dressed as a train conductor have been forever burned into my head and annoy the crap out of me. Its been years since i have lived close enough to have to see the commercials on tv, yet i can still repeat it word for word. oi vey!

Living here was the first time I lived totally alone. It was a great experience. Great people, culture, easy to navigate and not expensive to live.

I would totally move back.

When i was a kid, this place was in MUCH better shape and a lot more entertaining.

Maybe I have just been there far too many times, and its loosing its appeal. Or maybe I am just becoming a grumpy old coot at the ripe old age of 25.

Growing up in small Wisconsin was a major killer to the self esteem. There are a lot of great places to visit around Wisconsin though.

I love Madison. Its one of my favorite places on earth. The place that even if I am not currently living there, will always be the place my heart calls home.
