I didn’t find the city that stimulating in itself, the layout of the town is quite awkward, and it seems like the business part of town and the residence part are growing unproportionally.
HOWEVER, the ‘awkwardness’ of the town layout is sort of uniquness that I hadn’t seen before (I am from colorado), and I definitely had an incredible time.
Unless you have very close friends/family there I don’t really see Stafford worth visiting. Washington DC is a very short drive from Stafford, go there.

I had alot of fun in Washington DC. Although I was a little surprised – unlike alot of huge cities, on foot transportation is just not as efficient in Washington DC as in other places, yet parking is absolutely horrid.
It is an amazing city though, with alot of culture. And the museums, the museums are top notch.
