Belmont Hotel, Dallas

Hospitality at its finest...

I just love this hotel. It is run by a bunch of cool folks who were all around my age…20 somethings. The service was impecable. The grounds are beautiful. The guy that works at the bar gave me lemons and limes for my drinks back in the room. He was hot. Their food and drinks were delicious. They drove us around in their “shuttle” which is a nice white navi with the hotel’s cute little 50’s style logo on it. Recommended a great taxi driver for us when they weren’t able to take us who had a white trash barbie hanging from the mirror of her cab..which burped amongst other things. We stayed in the 2 story loft over looking the pool and it had the most incredible views of downtown Dallas. A short drive to get anywhere thats worth anything in Dallas. YOUMUST GO TO THEBELMONT.

Went out there on a weekend because I had heard that there were a bunch of break dancers and cool cats that hung about. Ended up meeting some nice folks, including a gentleman by the name of “sunshine” who gave us some tips on hot spots for good hip hop on the weekend.
