I loved Italy. I adored all aspects of it.

Was chased by a nasty Mofo who really weirded me out.
Expensive.
Dirty.
Pompous.
Arrogance.

Think I will leave it at that.

Perhaps I should give it another chance.

Not so in love with the pier and the boardwalk but loved Santa Cruz in every other way.
Great chocolate shop, swimming pool, steaming in winter, weak sun making a half arsed effort at warming one’s body. Harley shop – spend ages there. Coffee shops galore to read and sip within. Good friends live there. Saw Jackson Browne there. Fell in love with Kinkos there LOL

I used to go to the IOW each year as a child. I adored it.
When I was 15 years old ran away to the IOW so I could go to the Pop Festival. I saw Jimmy Hendrix’ last performance before he died.
I will never forget it.

My addiction for clam chowder.

I have never lost the taste for it.
I wish I could cook it I really do.

The generator used to go off early at night, the spiders were huge but this place will always have my heart.
