Oakland, Alameda County

Caught a guy breaking into our car!

We left our car in downtown while we went to a bar. As we came back to our car at about 10 p.m. we were shocked to find a guy INSIDE our car going through the glovebox. Crazy! I know that Oakland has a crazy crime rate but I never thought that I’d catch a criminal in the act of ripping me off.

Cute Mountain Town

Spent four days here with friends. Definitely cute. I agree that Murphy’s is a great place to go wine tasting and there are some cute shops too. With no cell service or internet access at the cabin, this was a terrific location to go, unwind, and get “off the grid” for a few days.
