I lived here for 5 years, until I was about 5, and left Zhengzhou for London. I love this city still, with the really awesome supermarkets, and the super cool restaurants. I just love this city, and am coming back for Easter holidays!

I don’t know if it was the fact that it was a windy day, or I’m just not really interested in historical monuments, but I really didn’t quite like this place. Even if you want to go to Stonehenge, I suggest going there as a stopover to somewhere else, say Cardiff or Bristol, because personally, it’s not really worth going all the way to Wiltshire just for Stonehenge.

I went in the summer of the year before last, and it was rather amazing. Unlike London, Cardiff has the urban quality, but somehow, things just seem more laid back there. The city is really wonderful, and I wouldn’t mind living there when I grow up.

I liked it. But I didn’t like the fact that my French was not in tiptop condition, maybe because I went when I was 9…? Paris reminded me of Beijing, which may be why I liked it. Nostalgia is awesome.

The reason I went was because I was studing WWI in history. A rather lovely little town, lots of chocolate, but somewhat depressing. Still, the houses in Belgium sure are better than the ones in London. Heh, Belgium is strange but cool.

Went last summer (August 2005) to Sanya. Luckily, it was not too hot for some reason or another. The beaches were great, and Sheraton’s Hotel was awesome. I would like to visit again…one day…
