The last pickle in the jar escapes from Squidworth’s hamburger, and the entire 15-minute movie (same length of the TV cartoon) is about the mishaps they face while chasing down the pickle. It’s 4D so the motion simulator makes you one of his friends in the chase, complete with water mist, air puffs, and pickle scent. If you like silly movies, go see this!

When I wasn’t at convention events, my roommates and I toured the strip. My strongest advice for others is 1. dress for hot weather but pack a sweater because the hotels are cold, and 2. use public transit, traffic is heavy and local drivers are impatient with confused tourists. Oh, and 3. bring a camera. :)

I had gone a couple times before during my 20’s, but this time around I appreciated the people, glitz and architecture a lot more.

I’ll bestow upon readers a secret about slot machines. They are programmed on the principles of random rewards.

I’ve only been to the art gallery, which is in the first floor of the library, which is rumored to be a fairly new building on the campus. It’s really nice. I’ve also been to the GET bus stop a zillion times. LOL Other than that, meh. I’ve been through junior college already and am not eager to go back.

I wanted to go as an exchange student. I was signed up to go at Ohlone until they canceled the program due to funding. I looked into it at CSUB but they only pick two students every year out of all 23 campuses combined to go, and I can’t compete with that. So, until I find another way to travel…

I like it here. Yes there is a lot of agriculture and housing development, but there is also tons of stuff to do downtown!
