I went to Costa Rica with ecodestination, it was fantastic, I would highly reccomend going with ecodestination.

Denmark is rather charming. Very kind people and very cute, I love it. Learn to speak some Danish, don’t leave tips.

We stayed at the Thistle hotel in the middle of London, it was fantastic. There is always so much going on and so many things to do, it’s really great to have so many options. Touring the River Thames is interesting, as well as all the history. The food is not all that fantastic, and be sure to bring formalish clothes because people are not that casual. Bring a jacket, it does rain. Also, be prepared to be faced with foul teeth.

The architecture is really great, the people generally aren’t all that welcoming, but they warm up eventually.

Check out the museums, especially the art museums. The Eye of London is exciting, St. Paul’s Cathedral is gorgeous. Remember that your bus pass counts for the subway as well.

I stayed in Asheville, it was fine and dandy only because my aunt lives there and knew of things to do. You can go white water rafting, which is fun, and that’s about it. I checked out Western Carolina University, it seems like a good school. The landscape is really gorgeous. But if you don’t know anyone there I wouldn’t reccomend planning to stay there for more than a day, maybe two.

I spent a week in Morelia, and I just got back yesterday. It was really fantastic. It’s so historical and beautiful. We stayed at the Hotel de la Soledad. The cathedral is gorgeous, also, see if you can get Robert Cop to take you to the volcano. He’s a tour guide, he’s really good, I usually loathe tours but this was fun. There is a lot to do and see in Morelia, you just have to know where to look. As far as discos go, Ego, Skyna Bar, and XO are really fun. They play mostly techno/electronica which gets annoying but it’s all they’ve got. Every once in awhile you’ll get lucky with some hip hop or something.

Sidenote: this is not a resort town, I think out of 1 million people there were maybe 20 Americans at the most, so be sure you know some Spanish and bring clothes appropriate for all types of weather and shoes for cobblestone streets.

The first time I went to Rosarito was for a wedding. It was probably the best weekend ever! It was sooo much fun! And during the day it’s so beautiful. The Hotel Calafia is really fantastic. Check it out. Also, Papa’s & Beer is good, so is Iggy’s.

A lot of people think of Trenton or Newark when they think of Jersey, it’s seriously not like that. It’s so beautiful like in Madison and Bedminster. Going to the shore is really fun, and there are some really interesting historical houses and sites. It’s great to stay there if you want to go in to NYC because it’s cheaper, you can just take the train. Expect thunder storms.
