Has to be in the top three places I love in Vancouver (along with Chinatown and Punjabi Market). The boutiques are awesome if you are interested in sustainable clothing and supporting small businesses. Plenty of places to get organic food and amazing restaurants everywhere. Go to the car-free festival if you can. For once feet have free reign of the area!
over 5 years agoSSI is great for getting around by foot. The Saturday market is so awesome… tons of organic produce and garlic braids! There are lots of wonderful cob homes around the island. I would love to build one.
over 5 years agoThe Boyce Farmers Market is surely one of the most enjoyable activities in Fredericton. There is a great variety of ethnic foods, crafts and goodies. Lots of organic produce too!
