British Virgin Islands, British Overseas Territories

Raw and Peaceful

The British Virgin Islands are not as commercialized and overrun like the US Virgin Islands. You can have your fair share of developed activity in Tortola, or you can have an entirely opposite experience on Anegada, which is the smallest and furthest island north of the British Virgin Islands.

Tortola is a good place to stay because of its centralized location. You can take a ferry to other islands such as Virgin Gorda, Jost Van Dyke and Anegada.

This is a picture of the Baths at Virgin Gorda, which are Limestone boulders with pools of water that you can wade in, and where sometimes will experience schools of fish swimming around your ankles.
