Gorgeous scenery, wonderfully historic sites, and friendly people. There are a few casinos here and there, but they generally refer to them as a way to collect the “stupid” fees. Backwards? No, merely old-fashioned, in a wonderful way. Give Mississippi a chance. She’ll grow on ya!
over 6 years agoI know there have to be wonderful, interesting and beautiful places in this town, but my husband and I got lost, and ended up in South Chicago. Bad. Baaaaaad. Just… bad.
over 6 years agoYou can not imagine what it’s like to stand in these dunes until you are actually there. They are mesmerizing, and it’s definitely an experience you won’t want to miss. Most decidedly WORTH IT.
