Casa Bonita

Not worth visiting!

A review of this place: One Star

Casa Bonita provides some entertainment, that is to say, they have a ‘cliff diver’ an arcade and a cave for children. The food is horrible, though, and being a local, I would reccomend going to On the Border or Casa Vallartes for lunch and then going to some place like Water World, or maybe even Boondocks. I guarante you’ll have more fun.

San Francisco

Worth visiting!

The first time I went to this place

Wow- San Francisco is truly amazing. The best part was Fisherman’s Wharf. We saw the Ghiradelli chocolate factory, rode in cable cars, saw china town, pretty much did anything and everything that caught our eye. This was my father and I last year, and we even got ourselves drawn by the artists that appear once every half a block. :) I have been back twice, and I have found it a place that will never stop being interesting, as it always changes.

Colorado River

Worth visiting!

Why I recommend this place to locals

Really, the Colorado River is great for both visitors and locals.
With a bit of rafting experience, the Colorado River is truly unique. Visitors and civillians alike can experience Colorado like they’ve never seen it (unless, of course, you live in the mountains).

Pike Place Market

Worth visiting!

A review of this place: Once and Only

The first time I visited Pike Place Market, it was stunning. The fish throwers, shops, people, atmosphere, and enviroment are all truly worth seeing. The second time wasn’t nearly as enjoyable. Everything seemed cheap- the souveniers and the like. I reccomend visiting this place once and seeing all there is to see. Don’t forget the coffee!

Space Needle

Worth visiting!

A tip I have about this place

One of the most worthwile- albeit the most popular things to do here- is visit the resturaunt. At the very top of the space needle, the resturaunt revolves around all the time, providing a stunning 360 degree view of the city. If you’re willing to sacrifice a few extra dollars- and some time- the view and food, although pricy, is worth it.

A tip about the resturaunt:

When you first arrive, especially on weekends, go up to the resturaunt and make a reservation. The wait can be anywhere from ten minutes to an hour. Ask how long the waiting list is, as this will make planning a lot easier. Use this time to see the sights of the Space Needle, and arrive at the resturaunt at least ten minutes before your reservation. This will allow plenty of time to look around the space needle, and also go to one of the most popular attractions of it.
