Tour Eiffel, 7e Arrondissement

Enchanting...

especially at night! I didn’t know that it twinkles (the first 5 minutes of every hour strobe lights go off, so it literally twinkles) and the sight of it took my breath away.

It is also the background of my all-time favorite picture, which my boyfriend took himself with arm outstretched the day he arrived in Paris!

Spain, Europe

Barcelona and Granada...

were my favorite places! However, I did not get north to Madrid. My recommendation is to skip those infamous party islands- we visited Mallorca, stayed just outside of Las Palmas, and it wasn’t much of a place. Sure, there’s a happening nightlife, but that’s true for all of Spain! Mostly filled with an older German crowd, to tell the truth.

Granada should definitely be on everyone’s itinerary- the Alhambra is unbelievable, and worth at least a full day of your time.

Paris, Ile de France

Paris was...

unbelievable. I have only spent a measley 8 days in this beautiful city, but am planning a return trip this fall. My boyfriend’s brother is living just outside of the city, so I’ll have an excuse to visit many, many times!
