Georgia's ok...

Some of my family lives there and my sister goes to UGA but I’m not that big on the South. There are a lot of racist people there and the sushi sucks. Athens was a cool college town and Atlanta’s a nice city but it’s mostly just flat with a lot of trees and funny accents. However…you can’t beat the barbeque. If you’re near Atlanta..try to find Deans BBQ..it’s a little hole in the wall near Jonesboro but sooo worth the search.

Canada, North America

I think Southpark brainwashed me against Canada but when I finally went..it was amazing (the drinking age of 19 was awesome because I was only 20 at the time). I got to watch my friends dad film a movie up in the hills near Calgary and the scenery was gorgeous. It was pretty damn cold but worth the trip!

Italy, Europe

Untitled

Walk out of your hotel/hostel/whatever and get lost!! You’ll run into the most amazing things that you might not notice on a guided tour. I toured Italy for over 2 weeks this past summer and my friend and I would just wander around for hours.

Another tip…make friends with the locals!! We made friends with the bartenders at our hostel in Rome and they took us to all these non-tourist places that I would have never known existed

(like farmer’s markets and parks and great delis)
