A great day trip. It’s a short hike from the parking lot. Very peaceful,calming, beautiful. When I was inside the stupa, there were monks upstairs chanting….it was an amazing experience. The people are great and for a small fee/donation, they’ll feed you dinner.
over 3 years agoI went here on my honeymoon. Spent a week there and it was wonderful. The people there are very friendly, even the tourists. So many things to see and do. Stingray city, the botanical gardens, the turtle hatchery, the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving…If you have a chance to visit, I would highly recommend going.
