Saluda, North Carolina
Where I Grew Up
I grew up in Saluda, NC. It is a historical town in the mountains, south Asheville & near the SC line. Good place to visit. Home of Coon Dog Day and the steepest railroad grade on the east side of the Mississippi. There are quaint B&Bs, local orchard stands, and the main street looks the same as it did in the late 1800s. See waterfalls, go hiking, eat BBQ, and relax. Visit www.saluda.com for more info!
