I was there 5 years ago – and I still dream of this magical place…

You have to go there – especially coming from Western Europe: it is a trip back in time. Very nice people, great-great food: I put on 5 pounds in 3 months :-)

Go diving here! Magnificent and easy-to-access shipwrecks around here. Also the city is nice (see the pictures)!

My all-time-favorite in Germany!!!

Was there at the end of April, and going again in November. The city was a very positive surprise :-)

Had been there 2 years ago, and recently twice – Carneval (in February) and Queen’s Day (30 April) are certainly worth to visit for seeing the dutch go crazy :-)

I have been travelling around Germany (esp. in Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen and Baden-Württemberg) and I just love it. I like to travel with trains (in Germany: die Bahn), I usually long-term tickets to travel free in a certain time frame. The people on the trains are always ready for a friendly chat – especially if you speak German.
The best places I have been: Heidelberg (a must see), Freiburg, München (of course), Köln and Frankfurt am Main (first it is frightening but then you can’t get away from its grace).
