the location, the weather, Pablo Neruda’s house and the whole story behind it… if you ever go to Chile you cannot afford not to go visit Isla Negra!!!

Because it’s quite romantic, relaxed and poetic beach to visit with your honey, if possible :)

I want it to stay atop of the Pao de Azucar (Sugar Loaf) forever!!! fell in love with the city, its people, the music, the food, the Portuguese language (I’m fluent, it’s my second language). It’s been 13 years since the last time I was in Rio… I think it’s about time to go back!

... I did not have enough time to visit and get to see a whole lot of Southern France, so I want to go back again and this time make it to Paris as well!

Loved Portugal, which I visited the same year I did live in Germany for 11 months (1999)... the only consideration I have is that during the summer months it’s way too hot and humid, especially Lisbon… the streets can be quite smelly and the nights very sultry in your room if you don’t have AC!
I loved it in Faro, though… but that’s next to the ocean so it’s a whole different story!

Being from German heritage, and specially being the one interested in our family tree, genealogy, etc; I’ve always dreamed of one day visiting the land of my ancestors. When I finally did in 1999, I felt as if the circle of “who I am and where I come from” finally came to a full close. I’m happy I did have the chance to go to Germany, and hope I can go back again someday soon!!!

Because my Buenos Aires iw like nothing you’ve ever seen before… a small chunk of Europe in South America… the best food you are still to taste, beautiful people, great night-life.. and we are funny!
GO TO ARGENTINA, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT!
