Fun, interesting, but for couples, and there are hardly any rides..

On my exchange, I translated for some visitors when they visited here and on other trips!

I could live there and plan to when I graduate!! I went there on my exchange, 04-05

near the Saitama area, lots of things to do, malls, the station is AWESOME, very modern and interesting. East Asian Restaurants, stalls, Sony Plaza etc etc etc!

For people near the smaller cities in that area, nice park, things to do, but the city of Omiya is probably your best bet..

The Machidas

Smaller town, not much to do, but there are some good parks and discount shops and a book off….

Urawa, Warabi, Kita-Urawa, Nisshin, year 04-05

University of Illinois, diversity, wide expanses of beautiful land, State Parks, etc etc… wonderful place!!

Definitely worth visiting, I wish I could have stayed longer. I wanted to check out the local markets and stuff but we didn’t have enough time in our week there, we went to all kinds of great places!

Yeah, its great, great land, usually great people, stay away from the Southern Half ><
