Mackinac Island, Upper Peninsula

Ohh Mackinac

I absolutely love Mackinac Island. My family and I have vacationed there just about ever year. The best way to see it is to bring a bike, not rent one you hardly ride on any trails with, and spend a few days searching the island. Spend a day being touristy in the city and eat ice cream and fudge every night. I love it; it’s so relaxing. I completely recomend going to the top of Ft. Holmes! It as the best view from the island and the breeze makes it peaceful. My sister worked on the island one summer, so i’ve been lucky enough to see it through a local’s and a tourist’s point of view. Go there at least once, and make sure not to spend your whole time downtown. You’ll love it too!
