I was there in august, 1998
Incredible place, kind people, they treated me so good I felt like home there.
What i liked more: coming from south Spain summer, everything but wet :) and going into the green beautiful Ireland; and of course Irish people.
Went to Castlebar, Co Mayo, and visited Galway, Dublin, Achill Island, Westport…
I promise to go back, rent a car and travel all along.
Yeah, it is my home region. Although it doesn’t have beaches, it has history, beautiful places, natural wonders, the best food: It’s the most beautiful.
