Classy place, the girls are pretty and very friendly. Welcoming to female patrons, unlike 2001 across the street where all women must be accompanied by a man.

Everything is very expensive, but it’s fun to browse.

Walking across the parking lots, through mazes of cars. Through the gates, up a huge winding ramp. Suddenly you’re confronted with a VAST open bowl filled with noise, heat, smell. It’s heady, almost religious.

I was disappointed to find out that you have to pay extra to go in the special exhibits (frogs, imaginary creatures, and gold while I was there). We had been seeing these advertised all week and were really excited to go.

DEFINITELY go and sit in the “Poncho section” for banana pudding and marshmallow goodness.

Oh, and don’t come in late unless you want to be embarrassed!

My great-grandfather saw this nearly 100 years before I did. I wonder what he thought of it.

I went during the Puerto Rico Day parade… someone had left the British and Puerto Rican flags together. I touched the stone and wondered what happened to all John’s presents at the end of the day.

I suppose it might have been interesting to go a few years ago, but today it looks just like any other construction site in the US.

Snuck in one night on a drunkspedition with some friends. It’s hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for, but we had a good time!
