The food was delicious and all vegan. They were playing Belle and Sebastian loudly…I instantly fell in love.

Gastown is a filthy crap hole. There is very little there that is actually interesting to see. It’s mostly cheap tourist stuff.

The falafel is really good! They also have a good variety of cheap cocktails.

I miss Wheatsville! The deli has the best breakfast tacos made with vegan sausage.

Good coffee and the tableside smores are awesome. Also a great place to have a drink(they have a full bar).

Bouldin is one of my favorite places in austin. They have great food (with lots of vegan options) and good coffee at moderate prices. You should totally sit in the “jail”.

“Must Haves” at Bouldin:
blueberry cornbread
ginger miso dressing
hummus tacos
vegan chocolate chip cookies

The service is horrible, but the food is wonderful. The waiter overflowed my glass because he wasn’t paying attention. The food makes up for the ill-mannered wait staff. Chocolate Mocha Fudge Cake= best ever.

cool decor and ambiance, but the coffee is overpriced. I do like the new bar they have.

The pizza is really good, but very few veggies and it’s quite expensive for pizza

As a vegan, I was pretty excited when I heard about this place. It’s pretty small, but they have everything including vegan shoes, clothes and books.
