I want to go to Cuba because it’s beautiful, and I ♥ Cuban food and music (even though my Spanish leaves somthing to be desired… well a lot to be desired actually.)

Belly dancers, fire breathers, snake charmers, dancing monkeys (who doesn’t like a dancing monkey?,) beautiful glass, and Moroccan food. That’s why I want to go to Marrakech.

The Grand Canyon is one of those natural wonders I think everyone should get to see. My husband has been there, and says looking at a picture of it is just as good as actually going. I disagree.

I want to go to Alaska mostly for excellent Aurora viewing. When I was little I used to watch Northen Exposure, and I thought Alaska seemed awesome… I still think it seems awesome – and not just because of the show. There is so much nature up there that hasn’t been messed with, and there are things you can experience at that latitute that you can’t elsewhere (auroras, midnight sun, ect.)

What a great city! Lots of stuff to do and things to see. Lake Michigan is totally not what I expected – it might as well be the ocean ;) ‘The Windy City’ is not just a clever name – it really is very windy! For nerds like me, I suggest the Shedd Aquarium they have a GREAT reptile exhibit, although the dolphin show left something to be desired. Over all this aquarium rivals even the National Aquarium in Baltimore.
Don’t forget to bring a jacket!

I like it because there are lots of MacLeods (like me,)and every one can correctly pronouce and spell my last name on the first try. It’s also very pretty. I went into some cole mines that are no longer in use, one of which included a garden – inside the mine!! That was pretty awesome

Old Town is pretty cool… Great cajun restaraunt: Okra’s Louisiana Bistro – they have live music on weekends.
the Victorian Tea Room has GREAT tea, and good food too if your into that sort of thing.
My favorite place in Manassas: Philadelphia Tavern. It’s right near that old train staion from the cover of Stephen Stills’ Manassas.

My goodness! i can’t believe there are people who want to go TO Woodbridge… well, if you must go, I recomend Potomac Mills for extreme outlet shopping, and Hard Times Cafe (accross the street) for chilli pool and drinks. Oh yeah! And Ikea! Who doesn’t love reasonably priced Swedish house wares and furniture?!

It’s beautiful. Go there.
