Romig Junior High School, Anchorage

Penitentary on Minnesota Drive

That pretty much sums up Romig. Though the school appears a prison, and is underfunded, it is home to the hidden gem of Anchorage’s middle level gifted education program. However, this is marred by sadistic teachers who delight in nothing more than assigning their students several hours of homework on a nightly basis.

Crow's Nest, Hotel Captain Cook

Untitled

This is one of the fanciest eateries in Anchorage. At the top of the Captain Cook Hotel, it serves the finest (and most expensive) food in the city. The venison is excellent.

Chateau De Chambord, Vallée de la Loire et Châteaux

Untitled

This chateau is the most impressive that I have seen. It is quite expansive, with interesting architecural features such as the double spiral staircase.
